We are registered veterinary technicians, certified in CPR and Fear Free handling, ensuring the highest standard of care. By offering in-home services, we help reduce the anxiety pets often experience at a clinic, ensuring a more relaxed and comfortable experience.
Drop In Visits
Drop-in visits provide personalized care for your pet while you're away. Whether they need feeding, medication, bathroom breaks, or companionship, we ensure they are comfortable and well cared for in their own home. Each visit is 30 minutes in length with the option to add an additional 15 minutes.
Feline Drop In Visits

Medication Administration
Ensuring pets take their prescribed medication properly can be challenging. We offer reliable oral medication administration for pills, capsules, or liquids.
Injectable Medications

For pets requiring injectable medications such as insulin for diabetes, B12 supplements, or other prescribed treatments, we provide safe, professional in-home administration.
Oral/Eye/Ear Medications

Proper medication administration is essential for your pet’s health. Providing accurate and reliable in-home administration of medications, including topical, pills, liquids, and capsules, ensuring your pet receives their treatment as prescribed.
Subcutaneous Fluid Administration

Safe, in-home fluid therapy to support hydration and kidney function, all performed with gentle, sterile technique in your pet’s familiar environment. (Owner must provide all necessary supplies).

Canine Nail Trims

Regular trims prevent discomfort and joint issues. We provide gentle, stress-free nail trims at home, keeping your pup comfortable and their paws healthy.
Feline Nail Trims

Ear Cleaning

Regular ear cleaning helps prevent infections and irritation. We provide gentle, thorough ear cleaning in your home, removing debris and wax buildup to keep your pet’s ears healthy and comfortable.
Anal Gland Expressions

Quick and thorough relief for your pet, performed with care.
If any signs of infection are seen, we reserve the right to stop the service and advise the client to take the pet to a veterinary clinic.

We currently only provide services for dogs and cats.
Ensure your pet is in a calm space with minimal distractions. If your pet requires medication, administer it about 1.5 hours before the visit to allow it to take effect. Have any necessary supplies ready.
We use a gentle, patient approach to help pets feel at ease. If your pet has a history of severe anxiety, let us know in advance.
Safety is our top priority for your pet, you and us. We have experience handling difficult pets and will bring appropriate restraint devices, such as muzzles, if needed. However, if it is not safe to continue, we will not proceed with the service. Please inform us in advance if your pet has a history of aggression or behavioral challenges.

We do not offer emergency or urgent care services. For emergencies, please contact your nearest veterinary clinic.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
We currently provide in-home pet care in the Ottawa Valley. If you're unsure if your location is covered, feel free to reach out!
🚗 Travel Fees: Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from our home base in Nepean. While we don’t share our exact address for privacy reasons, we use a consistent distance-based system to determine travel costs.
- Locations within 5 km: No travel fee
- 5 – 10 km: $5
- 10 – 15 km: $10
- 15 – 20 km: $15
- 20+ km: Please inquire for a custom quote
